Dear Andrea

Every Italian thinks their mother's cooking is the best in the entire world.

But when it comes to Andrea, his daddy made the best lasagna!

Many times and over and over (times that with millions) he said my Italian food is not the REAL Italian food.

My pesto is quite popular though...

Anyway, like I told him in my latest email...

"My friend bought me a pasta machine from Bali.

"So I went to the supermarket and bought the flour 00 imported from Italy and an Italian cookbook, and found some recipe online. It made such a HUGE difference from the dry pasta I've been having in my entire life!

"You should be proud of me :) I can't wait to taste the real pasta in Italy!"
